Gwendolyn Hubbard is a former FBI Senior Executive having served honorably for 27 years in the FBI and 10 years of private sector experience providing leadership in Human Capital Management, Business Partnering Programs, Workforce Development, Personnel and Physical Security Operations. At the FBI she directed national talent acquisition strategies, talent management programs, preliminary security processing and polygraph surges yielding historical quality FBI hires. Ms. Hubbard received the FBI Director’s Award for implementing aggressive and effective EEOC strategies and the ODNI’s National Intelligence Professional Award of Excellence. Ms. Hubbard is based both in Mauritania, West Africa (Arab Maghreb Region) and the United States in Lynchburg, Virginia. In the near future she will also be based in Athens, Greece. She is currently Vice President of BBI International which is a non profit international NGO foundation dedicated to helping people out of poverty.
