Anastasia Bezerianou is the Chief Executive Officer of Exotic Fruitopia, a subsidiary
company of Mentora Development in Athens, Greece. As CEO, Anastasia is
responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including P&L responsibility,
strategic planning and business development. Ms. Bezerianou is committed to helping
streamline company procedures to reduce costs and enhance productivity. Her skill sets
in problem solving, creative thinking, project management, and relationship building
have allowed her to exceed in all her endeavors. She inspires team performance using
behavioral based coaching, motivation and management technologies.
In addition, Anastasia offers her services to Mentora Development as a COO where
she has earned the respect of the team members, by her listening attentively, speaking
candidly and treating team members with upmost respect.
Prior positions include Store Manager for Mini Raxevsky in Athens, Greece from 2010
to 2020 where she led groups, motivated individuals and guided teams to success.
While managing, Ms. Bezerianou ensured customer satisfaction, kept inventory at
optimal levels, tracked and analyzed sales and customer trends in order to maximize
sales and revenues, while minimizing expenses. Likewise, Anastasia actively monitored
key performance metrics of the sales team, identified challenges and created solutions.
Through this system, she was able to make strategic decisions that allowed the
company to exceed sales targets by 10 to 30 percent over the decade.
From 1999 to 2008, Ms. Bezerianou, served as the Manager of Business Development
for Kalliga Touch, Beauty & Fashion. Duties included operations management, sales
and public relations for women’s luxury fashion retail stores in Athens and Thessaloniki.
She also served as Public Relations Manager, Manager of Marketing and Advertising,
and organized and managed fashion shows, bazaars and special events.
Anastasia received her formal education at Athens University Law School.
