Exotic Fruitopia wants its members to know that the quality and care that goes into these exotic fruit trees and tree nuts is of utmost importance to our company.
Most exotic trees and tree nuts typically start their production late in the second year. The income derived from the fruits, nuts, and extracts’ sales will secure your annual returns for ten years.
Exotic Fruitopia undertakes the obligation to cultivate and to care for the adopted trees on its property. By harvesting the fruits, processing them, and reselling them, Exotic Fruitopia will return to its members a passive income per year (which is equal to the original amount spent on the tree(s) adoption) for a period of ten (10) years.
This shall commence from the first fruition. Over this ten years fruition period, your Exotic Fruitopia membership will give you back ten times over your initial cost of tree(s) adoption. Once a member and our company reach an agreement on the number of trees to be adopted, a 10 years profits membership agreement will be signed by both parties.
When you adopt a tree, your tree(s) stays on our farm, we do the work and you reap the rewards. In addition, you share in the fruits of our labor for a fruition period of ten years and prosper. During this period, a member will earn ten times over their money back through annual returns from the adopted trees’ profits. All of our trees are fully insured. We will replace them free of charge in case of any damages throughout your 10 year contract with us.
