The www.exoticfruitopia.eu (hereinafter the “Website”) is both the online store for the exhibition and sale of products via Internet, as well as the online space through which Exotic Fruitopia brings you closer to the beautiful world of tree adoption with the aim of advancing our planet and our societies but, also your personal benefit. The “Exotic Fruitopia Sole Private Capital Company” with distinctive title “EXOTIC FRUITOPIA”, which maintains its headquarters in Athens, Greece at Kallithea Attica, 350 Syggrou Avenue, Postal Code 17674, with TIN number 802107730, (hereinafter “Exotic Fruitopia”), through its website introduces you to the world of exotic fruits and nuts.
Target Market
Exotic Fruitopia offers individuals the opportunity to become one of our members and adopt exotic trees and nut trees that will be grown on our farms. The adoption of one or more trees will return an annual income for ten (10) fruition years. Our collection of trees is rich and includes mixed nut trees (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, chestnuts) and rare exotic fruit trees such as Miyazaki mango, passion fruit, dragon fruit, finger lime and kiwi berry trees.
Exotic Fruitopia trees thrive in the sunny lands of Greece, yielding exceptional quality of both rare exotic fruits and nuts. Our farms will be established in selected areas throughout Greece during the spring-summer of 2024. These areas, such as Viotia and Argolis, have been chosen for their fertile soils and optimal climatic conditions.
Exotic Fruitopia is dedicated to providing a unique opportunity to adopt expertly grown nut trees and tropical trees while ensuring long-term returns for you and your loved ones. This will be expertly done by the Company through the growing and selling of tree fruits, nuts and their by-products. All trees are grown organically with meticulous care to guarantee bountiful harvests year after year. Exotic Fruitopia is committed to sustainable and ethical practices and will actively work with local farmers to promote fair trade.
- Terms & Conditions
This defines the terms (rights, obligations and responsibility of parties) that govern the use of the Website, the adoption of trees and the purchase of products from the submission of orders through the e-shop of this website. This website is wholly owned and operated by Exotic Fruitopia.
The visitor/user must carefully read the Terms of Use before using its services. If the visitor/user does not agree, the visitor/user must not use the services and the content of the Website since the use of its electronic pages and services by the visitor/user and the adoption of trees through the online store (e-shop) presupposes the unreserved agreement with the present terms of use, which applies to the entire content of the website.
The user/visitor of the website automatically accepts these Terms of Use if the visitor/user chooses to register as a member or carry out any transaction. The use of the website’s electronic platform and services presupposes the unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the visitor/user.
The PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY [as set out below] is an integral and binding part of these Terms of Use.
Exotic Fruitopia reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the Terms of Use and any integral part thereof, at any time, without notice, by posting the current version of the Terms of Use, in order to inform the visitor/user, who must check periodically the website for possible changes. The continual use of the pages and/or services of the Website even after any changes means the unconditional acceptance by the visitor/user of the modified and applicable Terms of Use, without, however, these changes affecting the already submitted orders and declarations of adoption.
Exotic Fruitopia also reserves the right to establish more specific terms of use, which are considered as a single set with these general Terms of Use, while in case of conflict between them, the specific terms of Use prevail. Any invalidity of any of these terms does not invalidate the rest. The non-exercise by Exotic Fruitopia of the rights deriving from these terms, does not in any case imply a waiver of these rights, nor does it result in an implicit cancellation of a term.
Exotic Fruitopia is not responsible for a breach of these terms due to reasons of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, pandemic, etc.

The visitor/user is obliged to use it in accordance with the laws and these terms. The visitor/user shall not engage in acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to it, or affect or jeopardize the provision of services by Exotic Fruitopia through them. Each user/visitor uses this website at their own risk.
- Limitation of Liability
Exotic Fruitopia is not responsible for technical problems that may occur to users when they attempt to access the website and during browsing, related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Exotic Fruitopia makes every effort to ensure the accuracy, completeness, validity and clarity of the information and general content of the Website. The visitors/users of this website accept and agree with Exotic Fruitopia’s inability to control all of its content and the services offered through it, while Exotic Fruitopia is not responsible for any shortages in the availability of products due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, fire, supplier strikes, illegal actions of third parties and general reasons that cannot be attributed to its fault.
Furthermore, Exotic Fruitopia is not responsible for any temporary or permanent inability to provide services and for delays in the purchase and cultivation of the trees and payment of royalties from their fruits for reasons that cannot be attributed to its fault, such as indicative reasons of force majeure, extreme weather events, natural disasters, emergency situations, strikes, pandemics, or fire.
Additional delays may be for malfunctions of cooperating agriculturists/farmers, accidental deterioration or destruction of tree crops, illegal interventions by the counterparty or a third party, malfunction of the Online Payment Processing Provider (Bank) or Host Provider or the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or the Access Provider or the user’s terminal equipment, incorrect provision of information by the user and in general for any incident that prevents the smooth fulfillment of its contractual obligations. Exotic Fruitopia’s responsibility is limited to its contractual obligations with its members and/or consumers and will make every effort to meet them within a reasonable period of time.
Exotic Fruitopia is not responsible for the poor condition of the tree plantations, as long as this is not due to improper care of the trees by the company’s employees and as long as all preventive measures were taken on its part. Tree crops are fully insured. In the event of an insurance risk, the losses will be replaced by the Insurance Company throughout the members’ 10-year contract with us.
The advice and information provided by this website is completely valid and reliable, but is given without prejudice to the accuracy, completeness and truth of the information provided by the visitor/user on the issue that concerns them. In the event that the visitor/user provides untrue, inaccurate and/or incomplete information, Exotic Fruitopia is released from responsibility for the validity of the advice provided to the visitor/user and from responsibility for damage to the visitor/user by information unsuitable for his or her needs and/or advice.
This website provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, illustrations, etc.), the products and services available through this website as they will be developed within the next months, without any guarantee implied in any way. - Obligations of Visitors/Users
Users/visitors are required to comply with all relevant Greek, European and International Laws and Regulations including, but not limited to the legislation regarding the protection of personal data, the protection of competition, etc. Visitors/users must also make use of this website and the services offered through it in a manner consistent with good manners and these terms.
